Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you plan to cancel your subscription, or if you already did, we would be grateful if you could tell us why, using our Contact Us page.
All terms defined in the Terms of Use will have the same meaning in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Beginning on the date that you first place your order, every month Virtua will bill you in advance for the Services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time on your My Account page of the Site. Sign in, go to My Subscriptions, click Manage My Subscriptions, click View next to the subscription you wish to cancel, and then click Cancel. In such a case, the termination will become effective at the end of the billing month during which you cancel and we will not bill you the following month or during subsequent months unless you resubscribe.
We do not provide refunds or credits for Services during periods that a subscription on your Account is active but not terminated. Accordingly, we also do not provide refunds or credits for any partial month membership period.
In our sole discretion we may decide to provide you a refund in certain unusual circumstances, however, you acknowledge and agree that we are under no obligation to do so.
